If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t let that keep you from getting quality dental care. At Gradeless Dental, you can join our Gradeless Dental Wellness Membership Program and receive comprehensive dental care on an annual basis, at a discounted rate of approximately 20% off our full-price fees. We want to make sure that nobody goes without the dental care they need due to financial constraints. Please note that this is a NOT dental insurance plan and this membership program cannot be combined with any dental insurance plan you currently have. Invest in your smile and ask about our plan. Full payment is due upfront and you must receive all services within one 12-month period; unused services cannot be carried over into future years.
The fee is for a 12-month period and is due, in full, upon joining
The anniversary month of your membership is the month you originally joined regardless of when payment is received. Renewal payment, if elected, is due on the first of the anniversary month each year
It is the responsibility of the member to maximize membership by arranging all appointments within the 12-month membership period (if appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund)
When applicable, all payments are due at the time of service
Membership fees are subject to change on an annual basis
